Why is social media important?
We are all extremely social in nature. There is a big desire for humans to be part of a bigger community. For that reason, it has created a perception that it is easier to do business with those that are social as well. As a business owner, it can get tricky when you approach it the wrong way. Social is what it means and what it should be for "BEING SOCIAL". Pushing your products or sales is not always going to have the positive affect you want it to have. It should be used to create your brand, make you an expert, and to provide quality content for your customers/patients. Staying in front of them in a non-intrusive way makes you part of their community and not a pushy sales person.
Is this considered social media marketing?
We guess that depends on who you talk to. Our idea of marketing is testing different ways to get new or existing patients to take action or use your service. Our content is meant to provide value and show you are participating in the online arena. It is not meant to sell your services. We do have programs that can do marketing, but that is not Social Chiro's main purpose at this point.
Can I Post My Own Stuff?
Of course. We are just providing you content that can be posted regularly. Add it into what we already provide and schedule it out. Or, just pop in your own posts when you come across it.
Can I edit the posts?
Sure. It is your content. We suggest making little edits though. We are providing this content for you so you do not have to spend so much time on social media content. If you feel we are not styling Titles, Comments, or Hashtags to fit your practice, then just let us know and we can modify it for you.
How does this help my clinic?
Studies are showing social media is stretching across several generations and are signals to some generations that you are worth giving a try. If you are engaged online through social media and your competitors are not, then you will increase your chances of getting a new patient. Posting regularly is the toughest thing to do for any business. Our content will allow you to focus on what you went to school for - healing patients. You can save the hours and hours of time it takes to search the internet for content to share on a regular basis.
What if someone comments on my posts?
Then respond when you get a chance. The content is not designed to create conversations, but to display value and encourage sharing. If it sparks up a conversation then this gives you a chance to give it a little personal answer from you. It is much easier to respond to small comments than to search all over the internet for content.
Can you post the content for me?
Yes, and we do for almost all of our customers. It is your choice to have us post it for you or to post it yourself. We are just trying to provide an affordable solution for chiropractors and raise some money for our favorite charity. There is an option to upgrade your services to have us post for you when you sign up. If you are choosing to upgrade after you have already started, just email support and request an upgrade. We will send out the instructions to get setup for us to post for you and adjust pricing to match.
How does billing work?
Billing begins when you sign up and is a recurring charge monthly. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and most other major credit cards. If you are in need of an alternate billing method, please email support with your request.
Do you provide content to other chiropractors close to me?
Yes, but only if they are aware of Social Chiro and have signed up for our services. Honestly, we do not even have to admit this, because we are confident nobody would ever notice. We keep track of what chiropractors are near each other. Anyone visiting your competitors would not see the same posts. There are services that are provided by YESOnline and maybe eventually through Social Chiro that are exclusive to certain areas, but social content is not one of them.
Is there a contract?
No. Social Chiro is a content delivery service and is billed on a monthly basis. As long as you cancel before your next billing cycle, we just shut off content delivery. We will be sad to see you go, but you are under no obligation to remain for any length of time.
How hard is it to get started?
It is not hard at all. You will be sent a "Welcome Aboard" email that will direct you to fill out our online questionnaire. If you know how to type, that is about as hard as it gets. If you upgrade your service and are requesting us to post for you, then you have one extra step. Connecting our profile to your social media accounts. We provide you the directions that make that process simple too. We have had people claim to be computer illiterate and still find our instructions easy to follow. Takes about 15-30 minutes of your time and a couple days for us. If you are on the basic package, then your content will begin to arrive in your email box every Monday or Tuesday - based on your location.
How long does it take to get started?
It depends on the package you choose. We typically have things up and running within 2-3 business days of you completing the questionnaire.
Are you chiropractors?
No and do not plan on becoming one. Our teams are professionals at marketing online, creating ads, generating leads, SEO, and more. To be the best at those, you better be good at generating content or finding good content online that is worth sharing and curating. We are experts at what we do so you can be experts at what you do. We sometimes consult with a chiropractor about certain information we come across to verify authenticity and changes that may come up in the chiropractic industry, but nothing more than that. Our research teams are the best in the industry and that has been verified by comments from customers of ours that come back and tell us that we have found things they did not even know about.
Where can your social media content be posted?
Our content is formatted for Facebook and Twitter. Many other platforms are similar to these two and can be used to post to them as well. Here is a little secret. Content curation is a good way to publish fresh and relevant information to your blog if you have one. The content we send you will have links to valuable content that can be shared on your blog as well. Just make sure you are aware of the proper curation guidelines to prevent the misuse of copyrighted material.
